Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Preparation and Execution:
  • Follow up on the preparation and signing of employment contracts for new employees.
  • Ensure that contracts and agreements comply with Saudi labor laws.
  1. Attendance and Timekeeping Management:
  • Monitor employee attendance and working hours, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports on attendance and take appropriate actions in case of violations.
  1. Payroll Calculation:
  • Calculate monthly employee salaries based on actual working hours, commissions, allowances, deductions, and leave.
  • Ensure that all payments are in line with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and coordinate with the finance department for timely payments.
  • Make necessary adjustments to salaries such as increases, bonuses, deductions, etc.
  1. Data and File Management:
  • Organize and securely store employee files in accordance with local regulations and policies.
  • Regularly update employee personal and professional data in the HR system.
  1. Report Preparation:
  • Prepare reports related to employee matters such as attendance, leave, salaries, and more.
  • Assist management in making decisions based on employee-related reports and statistics.
  1. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations:
  • Ensure the company complies with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Keep track of legal updates related to labor and HR practices.
  1. Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues from employees in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or Human Resources.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in HR or related administrative functions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
