Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for five companies with approximately 400 employees.
  • Review and validate overtime records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee records and data in the MenaITech HR system.
  • Handle and respond to employee requests, inquiries, and HR-related services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage employee relations issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve daily operational matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain complete and updated employee records in the HRIS system, including contracts, personal documents, and all employment-related files.
  • Adding new employees to the medical insurance coverage.

Knowledge:

HR legalization, Compensation, and Benefits, Payroll Processing.

Education and certification requirements:

Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a payroll specialist for at least 3 years.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of HRIS ( MenaItech ).
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
