We are looking for a highly driven and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing our HR processes, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting a high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations related to employee relations and ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies.
  • Manage employee complaints, conduct internal investigations, and resolve workplace disputes in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and internal communication.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor periodic performance evaluations, and provide recommendations for corrective or developmental actions.
  • Support department managers in handling employee-related matters such as performance, attendance, and behavioral issues.
  • Oversee Onboarding and offboarding processes including resignations and terminations while maintaining the organization’s reputation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve work culture and strengthen employee engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead and develop the employee relations team to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English
