About The Role
Memac Ogilvy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAUDI NATIONAL - HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role requires a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and practical experience with HR systems like Qiwa and GOSI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a proven ability to manage a variety of HR functions effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing (where applicable), and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
What You’ll Need
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
- Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
