Job Responsibilities:
- Developing recruitment strategies and managing the selection process.
- Participating in HR strategic planning and policy formulation.
- Managing HR policies, procedures, and the HR budget.
- Overseeing organizational development (OD) and manpower planning.
- Implementing development and training programs.
- Managing talent management and performance management processes.
- Handling payroll, personnel, and compensation & benefits.
- Preparing HR analysis and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in hiring both locally within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- HR diploma is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Income Taxes Law.
- Extensive experience dealing with government offices.
- Experience in both strategic and operational HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
