To ensure the smooth and efficient running of HR operations in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Ideally, candidates should possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation is required. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
