About the Job

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Oversee recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interviews and hiring.
3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances.
4. Implement performance management systems and support career development.
5. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
6. Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and legal compliance.
7. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
8. Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
9. Use HR data to analyze trends and support decision-making.
10. Lead and support the HR team effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8-10 years of HR experience.
