Job description

1、Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, including operators, engineers, and administrative staff.
  • Build relationships with local vocational institutes and international talent pools.

2、Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat) policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work culture aligned with local cultural norms.

3、Performance Management

  • Implement KPIs and performance appraisal systems tailored to field and office roles.
  • Design career development plans to retain high-potential employees.

4、Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize technical training (e.g., equipment operation, safety protocols) and leadership programs.

5、Compensation & Benefits

  • Benchmark salaries against Saudi market standards and manage expatriate compensation packages.

6、HR Analytics & Systems

  • Utilize HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline payroll, attendance, and workforce planning.

Skills

1、Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

2、Experience :

  • 8+ years of HR generalist experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.Heavy equipment/construction industry background is highly preferred.

3、Local Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization quotas, and Gulf region employment practices.
