Job Description
The Musco Human Resources Team is excited to announce an opening for a Human Resources Manager in our growing Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws, cultural nuances, and HR best practices required to ensure compliance, growth of a dynamic team, and the creation and fostering of a positive work environment. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years experience in Saudi Arabia
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
- Team-oriented and goal-driven
- Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for a mix of professional and manufacturing-related positions
- Deliver onboarding and orientation to accelerate new hire productivity
- Assist in implementing employee retention strategies, including career development plans and competitive compensation packages
- Payroll and Benefits
- Manage employment contracts, administer government and company-sponsored benefits and end-of-service benefits
- Manage immigration and work authorization process for sponsored foreign workers
- Manage payroll processes, including relationships with 3rd party vendors as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulated reporting and management of government portals related to labor
- Performance Management
- Train managers and team members in processes that support performance feedback and career conversations
- Provide coaching and support to managers and team members to optimize performance
- Review disciplinary actions for fairness and consistency
- HR Policy Development
- In collaboration with the corporate HR Team, create and update HR policies that align with local norms, legal requirements, business goals, and workforce strategies
- Ensure our policies promote fairness, inclusivity, and foster Musco's global culture
- Participate in and support various HR activities and special projects as necessary. Work closely with other locations when needed on projects.
- HR Administration
- Provide input on compensation actions and annual merit reviews
- Coordinate job changes, transfers, and employee exits
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to enhance belonging and team member well-being
