Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will oversee all human resources functions to foster a high-performing, engaged, and cohesive workforce. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives that support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Manage and improve employee performance evaluation processes to promote accountability and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, addressing issues related to employee relations or workplace policies.
  • Create and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disputes promptly and effectively, fostering a harmonious work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong track record in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in HR within construction or industrial companies.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
