Job description

Job Purpose :

The HR Manager will lead and manage all HR operations for the KSA branch, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies while addressing local compliance, cultural, and business requirements. This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance to support the company’s real estate operations in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with KSA labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure GOSI / WPS compliance.
  • Lead performance management processes and support employee development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudization targets and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training programs and identify development needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HR systems.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and local labor law updates.

Requirements : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 5 HR experienc e, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in KSA.

Industry Preference : Real estate, construction, or property management is a plus.

Knowledge : Deep understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

Language : Fluent in Arabic and English.
