Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and values. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organization's objectives
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and manage employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Implement and manage HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management to support organizational growth and change

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Strong ethics and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving organizational needs
