Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam

Type: Full-time

Role Purpose:

The HR Manager strategically manage and lead the human resources function to support the overall business objectives of the organization. This involves developing and implementing HR policies and practices that foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Attracting, developing, and retaining talent, enhancing employee performance, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Accountabilities and Activities

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Follow up with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring activities and plans.
  • In coordination with the Training and Development Manager, develop effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate with OD team in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and feedback.

Training and Development

  • Follow up and report to the Training department on training needs to be given to the teams to enhance their performance.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in KSA.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.

HR Administration

  • Oversee HR operations including personnel records management, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget.

Other Related Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Management.
