Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SAP HR modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Recruitment, Payroll, SuccessFactors).
  • Act as the primary contact for HRIS-related support, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, enhancements, or configurations within SAP.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and external consultants for system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all HR systems and reports.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support HR analytics and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations.
  • Train HR staff and end-users on SAP HR modules and related systems.
  • Stay informed about SAP HR system updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Saudi National
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience working with SAP HR modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and data flows.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA (preferably in an HRIS or IT analyst capacity).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with report writing tools (e.g., SAP Query, SAP BI, or SuccessFactors reporting).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
