A leading company in the Makkah Region is looking for a skilled HR professional to manage various aspects of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR management or related fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee processes including onboarding (system registration, documentation, fingerprint enrollment), offboarding (resignation/termination procedures, clearance, exit interviews), and internal transfers in compliance with company policies and labor law.
Leave and Attendance Administration
Oversee all types of employee leave by ensuring timely applications, proper documentation, and alignment with policy to avoid delays in benefits such as tickets, leave salary, and visa issuance.
Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions
Conduct investigations, hearings, and issue warning letters for Grades 1–4 in accordance with the labor law and internal policies. Maintain a record of all warnings and ensure follow-up actions are properly executed.
Document Issuance and HR Letters
Prepare employee-related letters (e.g., salary certificates, embassy letters, bank loans, EOS letters) in line with company guidelines and get necessary approvals.
HR Operations Support and Coordination
Act as a liaison with the HR Operations team to follow up on pending transactions (e.g., GOSI, insurance, GR services), ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Data Reporting and System Accuracy
Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports, monitor SAP data accuracy, and track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, terminations, leaves) for management use and audits.
New Joiners’ Benefits Enrollment
Ensure timely enrollment of new joiners in medical insurance and GOSI, and coordinate with the Corporate HR Operations team to complete all necessary onboarding actions.
Performance Management Support
Track the probationary performance of new hires, support business units in handling low performers, and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
Induction and Onboarding Support
Coordinate and prepare induction plans for new managerial hires and ensure their smooth integration into the organization.
Meeting Coordination and Follow-up
Organize and track weekly and monthly HR meetings, follow up on action items and deadlines, and maintain proper documentation for accountability.
