Human Resources Executive Jobs in Riyadh

We are seeking an HR Specialist to support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all Governmental websites related to HR functions.
2. Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns in recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance.
3. Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources including HRIS and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, and exit interviews.
4. Lead negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making processes.
5. Work closely with senior management to understand strategic HR needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, outsourcing, and recruitment services.
3. Strong relationship and communication skills.
