Job Summary: Leading bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced HR Director to lead its human resources function in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in talent management, organizational development, and compliance with Saudi labor laws and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the bank's growth and operational goals.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to attract and retain top banking professionals.
3. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
4. Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefits, and rewards programs in compliance with banking industry standards.
5. Employee Relations: Ensure a positive and compliant work environment, handling employee grievances and fostering a strong organizational culture.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures adhere to Saudi labor laws, SAMA regulations, and Vision 2030 objectives.
7. Change Management: Drive HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization and automation of HR processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree minimum qualification
2. 10 years of experience in HR
3. Banking industry or experience with SAMA regulations
