The Client:

Our client is a leading regional conglomerate headquartered in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

The Role:

As the HR Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the companys growth while ensuring alignment with Saudi labor laws and best HR practices. You will lead all HR operations, workforce planning, and compliance while optimizing HR service delivery to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee all HR operational functions, including payroll, employee benefits, HRIS, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop strategic workforce plans in collaboration with leadership to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Implement standardized HR policies, ensuring consistency and adherence across the group.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • HRIS & Process Optimization: Lead HR system enhancements to drive automation and improve efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations, handling audits and legal matters related to HR operations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of HR professionals, driving performance and professional development.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 12+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large regional or multinational company.
  • Strong expertise in Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proven track record in HR process optimization, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, payroll management, and compensation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
