We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and help create a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
  1. Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation, and training coordination.
  3. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Employee Relations & Support:
  1. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  2. Assist in handling employee grievances and escalating issues when necessary.
  3. Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
HR Administration & Compliance:
  1. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  2. Assist in processing payroll, leave requests, and benefits administration.
  3. Prepare HR reports, track attendance, and maintain employee files.
Performance & Training Support:
  1. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans.
  2. Support performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  5. Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.
