About the Role:

We are seeking asmart, strategic, and modern-thinking HR Coordinatorto join our team. This is not a senior role, but it is packed with opportunities to learn and grow quickly. You will play an integral part in projects that challenge traditional HR approaches and focus on creating forward-thinking policies, designing competitive compensation and benefits strategies, and implementing employee stock ownership plans (ESOP).

Key Responsibilities:

·Support the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision.

·Assist in designing and managing innovative compensation and benefits programs, including ESOP plans.

·Collaborate on projects to optimize workforce strategies and reshape HR departments.

·Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

·Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and records.

·Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for client challenges.

·Support the preparation of reports and presentations for client projects.

Skills

·Saudi National

·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·1-3 years of experience in an HR or related role (experience in a consultancy is a plus).

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a modern approach to HR.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·Familiarity with compensation strategies, ESOP design, or benefits administration is a plus.
