Job Summary:
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR administration.


Job Responsibility:

  1. Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Coordinate employee onboarding process, including paperwork, training, and orientation sessions.
  3. Handle employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  4. Assist with the organization of training and development programs for employees.
