Job description

To support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR events.
  • Handle HR administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and filing.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits to ensure accuracy of employee data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
