Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner ManagerWork Location:Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummeryHuman Resources Business Partner Manager is responsible in leading Accenture's HR Operations, process and solutions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, Payroll, compensation and benefits, employment engagement, performance management, organization development and culture, etc. Providing backend HR services to all business units include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Own the HR Leadership position for Saudi Arabia
  • Consulting with Business management and provide HR guidance
  • Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
Job Qualifications:
  • Saudi national
  • undergraduate degree in business admin, human resources, or any related field
  • Minimum of6 to 8 years of HR management or business partnering experience
  • Excellent people management skills & a good understanding of HR functions & best practices
  • Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement, working in a large, complex organization
  • Mastery of Arabic & the English language, both verbal and written with strong communication skills
  • Executive presence with ability to interface with very senior executives, ask questions and provide answers
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering projects in a timely manner
  • Negotiation, mediation and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issue.
  • Analytical & goal oriented
