Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Providing HR policy guidance
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluating training programs
- Suggesting new HR strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR business partnering experience
- Excellent people management skills & a good understanding of HR functions & best practices
- Substantial experience with stakeholder management and engagement, working in a large, complex organization
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
- Mastery of Arabic & English, both verbal and written with strong communication skills
- Executive presence with ability to interface with very senior executives, ask questions and provide answers
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to work quickly and effectively under pressure, delivering projects in a timely manner
- Negotiation, mediation and conflict-management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues
- Analytical & goal oriented
