Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Reports to: Head of HR - KSA
Location: Confidential Bank Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning people practices with business goals. Own and manage HR operations, ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies, and serve as a key liaison for both internal and external HR-related matters. This role requires independent judgment within defined policies and represents the HR function at the branch level. It acts as the key resource for all people-related matters in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead HR operations and act as the main HR point of contact for the branch.
  2. Develop and update HR policies in line with local regulations and group guidelines.
  3. Support management with HR advisory, planning, and service delivery.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate reporting to Group HR.
  5. Oversee activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and manpower planning.
  6. Coordinate annual HR initiatives like performance reviews, training, and employee surveys.
  7. Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Liaise with local authorities and regulators on HR matters.
  9. Manage vendor relationships, especially those related to manpower supply and outsourcing.
  10. Drive employee engagement and communication efforts.
  11. Monitor market trends and share insights with the broader HR team.
  12. Prepare reports related to talent, succession planning, retention, and performance.
