ITP Media Saudi is a leading organization committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Operations Assistant to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience, and assist in managing offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation processing.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update our database.
  • Visit government agencies as needed and provide support on government platforms, liaising with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and streamline HR processes.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to address cross-functional HR needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
