Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. The HR/Admin Assistant will assist in recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and HR compliance to ensure smooth HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Collect and process employee attendance, leaves, and overtime data for payroll.
Assist in handling employee benefits administration (insurance, allowances, etc.).
Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.
