Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting employees, maintaining organized systems, and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and systems
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee events, and meetings
  • Process HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and performance forms
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
