Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST

Purpose

Supports the Human Resources region or area under scope, assisting with recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits administration and/or personnel administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepares employees reports for managers in the organization.
  • Records information and updates personnel files.
  • Gathers information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history.
  • Analyzes, interprets, and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
  • Assists the talent attraction team in recruitment and selection.
  • Supports the design of organizational structures, ensuring it is aligned to corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborates in the preparation of HR budget providing necessary information and analysis.
  • Ensures staff is assigned the job title and position class corresponding according to corporate guidelines.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

This position is open only for fresh graduates and Saudi National professionals.
