The Human Resources Administrator's primary responsibility is to answer all incoming phone calls to the Human Resources Department and forward them to the appropriate HR manager. Additionally, they greet all guests entering the Human Resources Office.

What will I be doing?

The main duties include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to the correct extensions
  • Taking messages for the HR Office
  • Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and faxes
  • Maintaining a neat and organized work area
  • Completing daily administrative tasks
  • Using intercom/voicemail systems to announce calls and appointments
