Job summary

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Specialist to manage employee data, coordinate medical insurance, and assist in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job description

Managing and updating employee data on the company's human resources program .

Coordination and follow-up of all matters related to employee medical insurance .

Handling all services and procedures related to Social Insurance (GOSI).

Complete all required services and procedures through the "Muqeem " platform.

Managing and implementing all required services and procedures through the "Qawa " platform.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update them regularly, including human resources files and documents .

Assist with the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating any pre-employment tests or assessments .

Providing administrative support in new employee preparation, orientation, and termination procedures .

Follow up on employee attendance and departure records and prepare the necessary reports .

Working on procedures for settling end-of-service benefits and various types of leave .

Participate in preparing payroll and ensuring their accuracy and timeliness .

Dealing with the procedures for issuing and renewing Saudi Electricity Company cards for employees .

Provide general support to the HR team as needed .

Required qualifications and experience :

Academic qualification: Diploma as a minimum.

At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources .

Good knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both Arabic and English
