Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with leadership.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including job description, reviewing candidates for cultural fit, offer management and onboarding.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Saudi employment legislation and best practices, regularly updating documentation as needed.
- Conduct regular surveys and initiatives to gauge employee satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports
Education / Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification preferred
- Experience in an Engineering/Consulting firm preferred
- HR experience, ideally in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of Saudi employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee training programs.
