About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Executive in the Human Capital Department at Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Providing generalist HR support to all colleagues.
  2. Coordinating with other departments on HR activities such as general meetings, Colleague of the Month, Colleague of the Year, Long Service Awards, Colleague Annual Party, and other HR-related events.
  3. Planning and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
  4. Managing the Colleague of the Month procedures.
  5. Handling internal communications via plasma screens and notice boards.
  6. Performing any related duties and special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications:

Essential:

  1. Agility, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
  2. Proficiency in Business English (reading, writing, speaking).
  3. Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desired:

  1. Previous experience in recruitment, administration, and HR roles.
