Summary:
As an HSSQE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, security, quality, and environment management systems. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead cross-functional teams in implementing best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, security, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular audits to monitor the effectiveness of HSSQE programs and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on health, safety, security, quality, and environmental matters.
5. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of HSSQE initiatives and their impact on business operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSQE Manager roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
3. Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Office Suite and project management software.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within an organization.
6. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in health, safety, security, quality, and environment management.
7. Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
