The HSE Trainer directly reports to HSE Manager. The HSE Trainer is responsible for training and orientating employees on health & safety procedures, and promoting safety culture within the project environment.
Job Duties:
Maintains training records and ensures they are processed properly by support staff.
Assists with the development and delivery of HSE training packages.
Develops training and orientation concepts for review and execution, revises existing training materials as needed.
Provides site wide orientation and training to all employees coming to work on site.
Develops training schedules.
Provides advice to HSE leads in organizing critical tasks and specific training sessions.
Supervises the computer-based training and activities in the computer lab.
Attends and audits contractor orientations and training sessions.
Delivers BNA orientation to Site Wide Services, offsite and infrastructure organization.
Supervises all training activities for offsite and infrastructure.
Manages training inventories and writes training reports.
Leads and participates in Health and Safety audits and work area inspections.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and review of safety policies and programs related to training activities.
Language Requirements:
Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Very Good
Requirements:
Must have international diploma (IHSEC), (NEBOSH International General), IRCA Approved.
