Description:

Purpose:

  • Supports the Health and Safety function of the region by ensuring that the HESA management system is implemented according to Company requirements, procedures, and applicable legal regulations across all sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participates with relevant departments in the systematic identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks.
  • Supports the implementation of the Company HESA procedures, ensuring they are properly issued, implemented, and updated; prepares periodic reports.
  • Analyzes statistics, identifies trends, develops action plans, and proposes corrective actions as needed.
  • Participates in and supports the development of appropriate HESA training programs.
  • Participates in the company's HESA committees and meetings.
  • Supports and assists clients and other stakeholders by analyzing their requirements and implementing changes if necessary.
  • Ensures proper use of company IT tools to support HESA activities.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, and all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Protects facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse within their area of responsibility.
