Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in HSE or related field.
• HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of local and international HSE standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
