Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HSE plans specific to pre-commissioning activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
2. NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications.
3. Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 3-5 years in pre-commissioning/commissioning environments.
4. Strong knowledge of PTW systems, LOTO, hazardous energy isolation, and SIMOPS.
5. Experience in oil & gas, power, or industrial commissioning projects preferred.
