About the job HSE OFFICERS ARAMCO APPROVED

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer who is Aramco approved and holds a valid NEBOSH certification to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HSE practices, particularly in the oil & gas or heavy industry sectors, and must be familiar with Saudi Aramco safety standards and procedures.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE policies, standards, and procedures
  • Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans and ensure workforce awareness
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions
  • Maintain records of safety inspections, training, permits, and incident reports
  • Liaise with Aramco representatives, contractors, and project management on all HSE matters
  • Conduct HSE inductions and regular training for all site personnel
  • Support the preparation and submission of required Aramco safety documentation

Key Requirements:





  • Aramco approved HSE Officer (must have valid Aramco approval/certification)





  • NEBOSH IGC certification (essential)





  • Minimum 5 years experience in HSE roles, preferably in the oil & gas or construction sector





  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and local HSE regulations





  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)





  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage site HSE requirements





  • Familiarity with risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigation
