Job description

Conduct periodic safety rounds across the company premises to ensure a safe environment.
Maintain safety and hygiene conditions in the plant and warehouses, reporting deviations.
Ensure plant employees wear appropriate clothing and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Monitor safe operation and condition of machinery in the production area.
Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in perfect condition through regular maintenance and refilling.
Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspection activities.
Monitor hot works to ensure proper permission and safe conditions are met (including maintenance, contractors, etc.).
Coordinate with security regarding visitors movements and entry/exit to the premises.
Provide safety and first-aid training to new recruits as needed.
Ensure clear access to fire extinguishers and hose cabinets across the company.
Monitor drainage/canal conditions and prevent infestations through pest control.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Increase health and safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
Investigate and report serious personal injuries, accidents, and property damage incidents.
Coordinate hazardous waste removal and registration.
Organize safety training in areas such as first aid, CPR, accident prevention, and workplace inspections.
Assist senior staff in emergency situations.
Conduct operational risk assessments and design risk mitigation strategies.
Generate and maintain HSE reports, including corrective and preventive actions.
Propose improvements for HSE, including non-conformance issues, corrective actions, and implementation plans.
