Working under the direction of the XCS Assurance Sr. Manager for Systems Development and Reporting, the Strategic Initiatives Manager will collaborate with XCS Assurance teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance program delivery. The role involves advising on organizational strategic initiatives, proposal development, recommending solutions, and supporting their implementation. The manager will foster internal and external partnerships, responding to organizational objectives and priorities. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and monitoring of organizational and community partnership projects to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
The Strategic Initiative Manager will provide guidance and support in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational improvements within XCS Assurance's functional areas of Quality, Health, Safety, Welfare, Environment, and Sustainability, as well as XDS Project Delivery teams.
