Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on HSE practices, promoting a strong safety culture
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain HSE performance reports for management review
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to incorporate HSE considerations into project plans
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in HSE
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety
