HSE FIELD SUPERVISOR PACKAGE-1

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Field Supervisor for Package-1 to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. The ideal candidate will monitor field operations, ensure safety procedures are followed, and promote a strong safety culture across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily HSE activities and ensure compliance with project HSE plans
2. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
3. Ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage
4. Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
5. Maintain HSE records and documentation as per company and client standards

Requirements:

1. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in field HSE supervision (construction/oil & gas preferred)
3. Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
4. Good communication and leadership skills
5. Previous experience in Package-1 scope (if applicable to your project)
