We invite you to join us. Our latest opportunity is for a talented HSE Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This position is responsible for providing health and safety advice and information to KEO staff and contractors to raise safety standards and ensure compliance on site.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Monitoring and enforcing safety standards in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and client requirements.
  • Performing facility inspections and reporting on conditions affecting daily operations.
  • Monitoring and tracking all facility-related activities.
  • Providing FM technical support to maintenance teams.
  • Reviewing and inspecting work areas to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Ensuring staff on site wear personal protective equipment, use hard hats and protective footwear, operate construction equipment safely, and follow KEO’s safety policies.
  • Conducting daily project inspections to ensure safety compliance and recommending changes where necessary.
  • Investigating the causes of accidents, establishing reports, and providing recommendations to prevent future incidents.
  • Developing and implementing safety policies to reduce accident-related costs.
  • Soliciting input from managers and workers to set safety policies.
  • Providing safety training to KEO staff as per OSHAD requirements.
Qualifications

High-rise buildings / Hospitality

To succeed in this dynamic role, your career should include at least 5 years of experience in Facility Management, along with a Diploma or Certificate in NEBOSH. Chartered status with NEBOSH or an equivalent certification is highly regarded.
