Job description

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend practical solutions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Organize HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety induction sessions for all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements, client standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to management on a regular basis.
• Participate actively in emergency response planning and drills.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project sites if required.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
