Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead project-wide HSE strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental performance goals.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Progressive HSE experience, with at least 10 years in an EPCM project.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
