Job description

o Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including those defined by SWACOD.

o Lead the implementation of company HSE systems and promote a strong safety culture across all rig-less operations.

• Industry Knowledge Application

o Apply working knowledge of the hydrocarbon exploration and production industry, including:

Drilling, completion, and workover of wells

Production installation operations

Construction and maintenance projects

• Hazard Identification & Risk Management

o Identify workplace hazards and assess risks using tools such as the risk matrix.

o Develop, implement, and monitor control measures and barriers to mitigate identified risks.

o Utilize the Hierarchy of Controls to select effective risk mitigation strategies and ensure performance standards are maintained.

• Implementation of HSE Procedures

o Ensure the proper execution of HSE practices and procedures, including:

• HSE Induction programs for all personnel
• Toolbox Talks (TBT) and daily safety briefings
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and its proper documentation
• Permit to Work (PTW) system compliance
• Enforcing correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Promoting safety observation programs such as Take-5 and STOP
• HSE Assurance & Auditing

o Lead or support internal and external HSE audits, ensuring all activities align with the HSE Assurance framework.

o Apply auditing principles and procedures to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

• SWACOD Compliance

o Ensure all rig-less operations are carried out in compliance with SWACOD guidelines.

o Provide support and training to site teams on SWACOD requirements, practices, and documentation.

o Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.

o Ensure proper and timely reporting, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions.

• Stakeholder Engagement

o Act as a liaison between field operations and management to ensure alignment of HSE expectations and real-time issue resolution.

o Foster a proactive safety environment through engagement, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must have experience with SWACOD.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in rig-less operations
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices and regulatory compliance
• Ability to monitor, implement, and improve safety procedures on site
