Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies.
Participate in employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications.
Help prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, reference letters, and training materials, under the supervision of experienced HR professionals.
Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers.
Assist in coordinating learning and development sessions, monitoring attendance, and gathering feedback.
Collaborate with team members on HR projects related to policy development, diversity, and inclusion.
Provide support in basic payroll queries, benefits administration, and general HR duties as required.
Attend HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values and Saudi labour law.
Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Must be a Saudi National.
Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management, or business support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning HR systems.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.
Understanding of basic Saudi labour regulations and principles of workplace equality.
Previous experience in a people-focused, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
Interest in using digital tools to improve HR practices.
