This program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in various HR functions. As an HR Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals, allowing you to build a strong foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and assist in the management of HR databases
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing HR events
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations, and help maintain and update HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR Business Partners in special projects related to organizational development, culture, and HR best practices. Participate in HR audits or process improvement activities


Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
