Job summary

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The role holder will be responsible for effectively administering, coordinating, facilitating planning and development of training programs and maintaining the training schedules and updating as necessary.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing the training calendar.
  • Assist in monthly/periodical reports and statistics to update supervisor with current training status & development programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of external training provider contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring required Technology infrastructure is available for training deliveries and also participate in the purchase of devices used in training.
  • Assist in the preparation of implementation of training and development policies, procedures and programmes (both internal and external) based on ASMO needs and allocated budget.
  • Administer evaluations, surveys, and assessment tools; synthesize and compile data reports and highlight the areas for improvement.
  • Assist with training and development database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Has not been registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
